Federation Walk crosses coastal dunes and vegetation on The Spit, heading toward the Gold Coast Seaway. Allow time for a proper out-and-back walk.

The trail preserves a less developed coastal landscape close to the city's northern attractions. Dune plants and birdlife are the reason to slow down, while the Seaway gives a clear destination if you continue the full route. Carry water for the exposed sections.
