Why go
Art lovers and visitors interested in buildings can give most of this compact outing to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. Its collections provide the main indoor visit, followed by a walk to NSCAD’s Fountain Campus and the cobbled Granville terrace. View the campus buildings from public streets; add a gallery visit only after checking the exhibition schedule and access arrangements. RBC Waterside Centre ends the walk with heritage street fronts beneath a contemporary glass tower. City Hall is an optional short exterior detour between the art gallery and NSCAD. This is a relaxed half-day route, with room to spend longer in the museum or stop for lunch.
