Park Lane Mall
Park Lane Mall combines indoor shopping and dining with an eight-screen cinema on Spring Garden Road, making it a practical stop when a film anchors your plans.
A cinema has been central to Park Lane since the complex opened in 1988. The development also stacks several downtown uses together: retail, offices and parking, with the Martello residential tower added above the parking structure in 2005. That layering makes the building an example of how Spring Garden accommodates more than street-level shopping.
What to look for
The eight-screen Cineplex gives Park Lane a visitor draw beyond its shops.
The Martello residential tower rises above the complex’s parking structure.
Useful to know
Build a cinema visit around the chosen film’s showtime; mall and individual business hours are separate.
