Why go
Begin in Haifa at the Bahá’í Gardens, choosing a viewpoint or scheduled visit that matches current access rules. Add either the Tikotin Museum of Japanese Art or the Hecht Museum rather than rushing both. Take the train or drive north to Acre for the afternoon, entering the old city through its walls and working toward the Templars' Tunnel and harbor. The transfer makes this an ambitious day, so the Haifa museum is optional and Acre should receive the longer block. Finish on the waterfront only if daylight and opening times allow.
