Key West Garden Club at West Martello
Tropical garden rooms fill the ruins of West Martello Tower beside the Atlantic shore. Stone arches and dense plantings make the former fort feel unlike a conventional public garden.
The garden is compelling because cultivation has become part of the old defensive structure. Follow the paths past flowers and shaded corners while noticing how brick and stone frame the greenery. The sea just beyond the walls keeps the site’s original coastal position present throughout the visit.
