The Sainsbury Wing main entrance is step-free, and lifts connect visitor floors. Ask the information team for the lift serving your chosen gallery. Seating is available in the painting rooms, and folding stools can be requested.
Wheelchairs and a rollator can be booked or requested at the Sainsbury and Getty desks, subject to availability. If you have arranged parking or assistance on the Orange Street side, follow the instructions for that arrival rather than changing entrances without checking.
Accessible toilets are in the Sainsbury Wing on Levels −1, 0 and 1, and on Level 0 at Annenberg Court and the Roden Centre. Changing Places facilities are at Sainsbury Level 0 and Roden Level 0, with a radar key available from staff. Check the floor number when choosing facilities. Annenberg Court is on Level 0, while Central Hall and the main collection are on Level 2.
