Getting around Orlando
Orlando’s sights spread far beyond downtown. A car can simplify trips between districts, while local buses and resort transport may work for a focused day in one area.
The key choice is how many districts you plan to cross. Walt Disney World, International Drive and downtown are separated enough that a short-looking list of stops can become a transport-heavy day. Checking the actual route between stops is more useful than judging them by the Orlando label.
Useful to know
Group attractions by area before comparing driving with public transport.
If renting a car, ask the provider how electronic tolls are charged.
Check current bus routes and journey times rather than relying on an old route number.
