Inacayal Waterfall viewpoint

The Inacayal waterfall lies beyond an uphill fork shared with Belvedere. Plan the marked branch as a walking outing, counting the ascent and return.

Why go

The municipal route passes through wooded slopes before dividing toward two attractions. Inacayal is the cascade branch, ending at a waterfall about fifty metres high on Arroyo Las Piedritas. Belvedere offers the panorama instead. Walking both is possible on one combined trail outing, with the shared ascent counted only once.

Useful to know

  • Allow about 180 minutes for the full return walk to Inacayal from the trail start; travel to the trailhead is separate.
  • At the signed junction take the cascade branch; a visit to Belvedere shares the initial approach.
