Why go
Nai Harn works especially well as the anchor for a southern-coast day. The lagoon changes the landscape behind the sand, while the surrounding headlands create a defined bay close to Ao Sane, Ya Nui and Promthep Cape, with several contrasting coastal stops within easy reach.
What to look for
- Freshwater lagoon immediately inland
- Green headlands enclosing the bay
- Natural hub for Phuket’s southern coves
Useful to know
- Avoid swimming when strong currents are present; the province specifically cautions against May–October conditions.
- Rawai is roughly three kilometers away by road according to the province.
