Las Ánimas is a south-coast beach where gentle water, restaurants and hired loungers can turn a boat outing into a full beach afternoon. Pangas run from Los Muertos Pier or Boca de Tomatlán; a mountain-coast trail from Boca is another, more strenuous option. Look for the beach pier and palapa dining before choosing where to settle. The nearby adventure park is a separate activity that takes substantially more time than a simple beach visit.
