Signal Hill Park
Signal Hill rises above the old city, with paths leading toward views of red roofs and Qingdao Bay. Its elevated position turns the scattered landmarks below into a coherent coastal landscape.
Climb for the view of how the old town fits against the bay. The hill’s modern red observation towers are conspicuous, but the broader reward is the relationship between rooftops, trees and water.
