Zhongshan Park
Zhongshan Park is a major green space at the foot of Taiping Hill, with planted avenues and seasonal gardens. Its origins as a botanical testing ground give today’s public park a history extending well beyond its familiar spring blossoms.
Choose this park for a generous stretch of greenery within the city. The planted avenues and varied gardens reward an unhurried stroll, while the long history of horticulture adds interest beyond a simple rest stop. Seasonal flowers and events change the experience through the year. The park visit stands on its own; the zoo, cableway and nearby tower require separate planning and are not included.
