It suits visitors who want DC rides, a Hollywood-style stunt show and Looney Tunes encounters in one place. Those experiences compete for time, so the payoff is strongest when you choose your main rides and check the day's show schedule before entering.
What to look for

- Catch a Hollywood stunt show if scheduled.
- Look for Looney Tunes character encounters.
The full story
Warner Bros. Movie World opened in 1991 beside the Warner Roadshow studio complex on the Gold Coast. Its early attractions leaned heavily on filmmaking and staged action, while later additions expanded the ride and character focus. Main Street's covered setting still signals a park designed around a theatrical streetscape, and the stunt show carries the performance side of its original idea. Look at the contrast between a character encounter, a live action sequence and a large coaster: each uses film themes differently, which is more revealing than treating every stop as another ride. The studio setting also explains the park's strong emphasis on performance. A live stunt scene offers a more direct connection to filmmaking than the themed tracks of a coaster.
Useful to know
- Check current ride operations and show times for your visit date.
- Allow roughly four to seven hours if coasters and shows both matter.
- Ask Guest Services about individual ride access requirements where needed.
