Why go
Begin with the steep climb to the Acropolis of Lindos, where the sanctuary and views establish the shape of the coast below. Descend to Lindos Beach for a rest or swim beneath the village, then continue to Saint Paul's Bay on the other side of the headland. The two shores give different views back toward the acropolis. All three stops sit within Lindos, so this works as a local history-and-sea outing. Tackle the uphill section before the hottest part of the day and keep the shore time flexible.
