Petaloudes Municipal Area
Petaloudes names a broad area of northwest Rhodes that includes several villages. It is useful for regional orientation, but has no single entrance or area-wide visit.
Use Petaloudes to place Kremasti, Paradisi, Theologos, Damatria, Maritsa and Pastida within the same part of the island. Butterfly Valley is a distinct natural attraction inside the wider region, with its own location and visiting conditions; the municipal name alone does not identify its entrance.
