Afandou Beach
Afandou Beach is a long sand-and-pebble shore on the central east coast. Its length suits a beach walk or a relaxed stop separate from inland Afandou village.
The shoreline gives you room to spread out and walk farther than a small cove permits. It also makes a useful coastal counterpart to Afandou village inland, which is a different stop. If you are comparing east-coast beaches, Afandou is the choice for an open, extended strand rather than the compact rocky setting of Anthony Quinn Bay.
What to look for
Sand and pebbles stretch along a long shoreline.
The beach is a distinct coastal stop from inland Afandou village.
