Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is a large West Seattle park between Fauntleroy Way and Puget Sound, covering the forested headland historically known as Williams Point.

Lincoln Park

Why go

Choose Lincoln Park for a broad Puget Sound park where a wooded headland meets the shoreline. The site, called Williams Point, was known to the Duwamish as Tight Bluff because of its dense vegetation. Its old-growth canopy and bird habitat give it a more natural character than many of Seattle's smaller waterfront parks.

What to look for

  • Lincoln Park occupies the West Seattle headland historically known as Williams Point.
  • Lincoln Park has an old-growth canopy and habitat used by birds and waterfowl.
