Climate and seasons in Seychelles
Seychelles stays warm through the year, but humidity, rain and wind vary. The southeast trade winds from roughly May to November matter especially when choosing beaches and boat days.
Why go
Seasonal differences are more useful than a single best-month claim. The southeast trade-wind period can feel less humid, while December to April is generally hotter and more humid. A beach that looks inviting may still have unsuitable swimming conditions, so use the season as a guide and check the local shore on the day.

Check wind and sea conditions for the particular beach or boat crossing you plan to use.
Leave room to swap a water outing for a forest or cultural stop when conditions change.
