Why go
The park brings literature and political history into a place still used for exercise and leisure. Lu Xun’s tomb and the associated museum connect the grounds with a writer who spent his final years nearby. Meiyuan Garden remembers Yun Bong-gil, whose 1932 attack here targeted Japanese military leaders. The lake and planted areas provide a calmer setting between those memorial stops.
