Arriving by train from Malaysia
The rail crossing links Johor Bahru with Woodlands Train Checkpoint in northern Singapore. It is a short cross-border leg, but immigration and the onward city journey need separate planning.

Rail is a focused option if your journey already reaches JB Sentral in Johor Bahru. Woodlands Train Checkpoint is a border facility rather than a city-centre station, so the train only completes the crossing. Build in time for passport checks and a local connection before making plans elsewhere in Singapore.
