Using the MRT and LRT

Why go

Rail is usually the clearest way to link distant visitor districts without planning around road traffic. Interchanges let you move between lines within the network, but the nearest named station may still be a walk or bus ride from your destination. Plan that final leg before leaving.

Useful to know

• Use a current network map to confirm your interchange and destination station.
• Check current fare media and payment rules before entering the gates.
• For a destination beyond the station, compare the onward walk with a connecting bus.
