Boka Waterfall
Look towards Boka's large cascade near Bovec, where water emerging from a karst spring drops down the rock face above the Soča Valley in the Julian Alps.
Boka is a landscape-scale waterfall rather than a close enclosed chamber like Kozjak. Its appearance changes with the amount of water coming through the karst system, and a viewpoint walk gives a clearer sense of the cliffs. Choose a short outlook suited to your ability instead of confusing the lower viewpoint with more demanding routes higher on the mountain.
What to look for
Boka's cascade drops down a broad rock face above the Soča Valley.
Water feeding the falls emerges from a karst spring in the mountainside.
