Bellver Castle
Bellver Castle is a circular hilltop fortress above Palma. Its round courtyard and views across the bay distinguish it from the city-center monuments.
Why go
The unusual plan becomes clear only once you enter the courtyard. From the surrounding height, Palma’s coast and old city appear as one landscape. Reaching the castle takes a separate trip uphill, but it offers a perspective that the waterfront cannot provide.
