Wat Rong Suea Ten
Wat Rong Suea Ten stands out in Chiang Rai through its intense blue and gold surfaces. The main hall and sculpted naga entrance make color and contemporary temple design the main draw.
Its visual language is quite different from Chiang Rai’s older Lanna temples. Look first at the naga forms by the entrance, then the contrast between blue walls and gold details around the hall. The tourism authority also notes a secondary hall, so the visit has more to examine than one exterior photograph.
