Where to go for a drink in Thessaloniki
The centre offers several different settings for a drink: seafront cafés, the warehouse streets of Ladadika, and the Kamara area near the Arch of Galerius. Krini is an option farther east.

Picking an area first is more useful than chasing a named bar. Nikis Avenue follows the central waterfront, while Ladadika sits beside the port among former warehouse buildings. Kamara has a student-oriented café and bar scene near the arch. Krini belongs to eastern Thessaloniki, so it makes more sense as a separate outing than an extra stop on a central stroll.
What to look for
Ladadika’s former warehouses stand close to the port.
Kamara is centred on the Arch of Galerius.
Nikis Avenue runs along the central seafront.
Useful to know
For a central evening, compare the seafront, Ladadika and Kamara before choosing an area.
Plan a separate trip if Krini, in eastern Thessaloniki, is your destination.
