Cenisia
Cenisia is a western Turin neighborhood for a street-level look at the city beyond the royal centre. Its value lies in an area walk, especially beside neighboring Cit Turin.
Why go
Cenisia sits between Cit Turin and Borgo San Paolo, with Corso Peschiera to the south and Corso Trapani to the west. Walking across it helps place the more ornate Cit Turin streets in the wider western city. Its old connection to the road toward the Mont Cenis pass also explains the neighborhood's name.
What to look for
The shift in streetscape between Cenisia and adjacent Cit Turin.
Corso Peschiera and Corso Trapani as useful edges for orienting a walk.
Useful to know
Plan a short stretch through the neighborhood, not a visit to a single mapped point.
Combine it with Cit Turin or a western Turin errand rather than crossing town solely for an unspecified address.
