Po River in Turin
The Po is Turin’s main riverside landscape, best experienced through a chosen stretch of Lungo Po. The walk links bridges, parkland, and views back toward the city.
Why go
A riverside walk helps explain how Valentino Park and the central squares connect. Follow the bank near the park, or use a bridge crossing by Piazza Vittorio Veneto to see Turin from the opposite side. This is a broad corridor, so pick a stretch.
What to look for
Follow a Lungo Po promenade beside the river.
Compare views of the bridges and city from either bank.
Useful to know
Choose a specific riverside stretch near Valentino Park or Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
Stay on the public promenade; river activities have their own conditions.
