Cheap trip but when tired very hard putting bags on bus when you have to go up steps with luggage

The actual service is really good, even though it will take you a lot longer to get to your hotel than if by taxi. OUr biggest problem was that we wanted to change the return trip and there was no way at all to contact anybody, we tried everything.
Was difficult to find but when I finally did it was fine. Waited 45 mins for shuttle to take me to hotel. Was good price.

When I tried to get my transfer at the Ground Transportation desk Terminal 3 to my hotel,a woman was sleeping there on her computer. When I arrived back to Changi for a trip, a call was made to the phone number on the voucher, and she asked me three times what my booking number was, could not pronounce my simple first name, and did not know where the Ground transportation booth is at Terminal 2.
Quality of bus poor should be scrapped, no help with bags. Would not recommend. Cancelled return trip to airport
Arrived at 7.45pm only to be told the wait would be at least one hour with 50 or more traveller's sitting on floor waiting.. Told staff service was a joke so caught taxi. Never again will I book this transfer.. Absolutely useless with no refund..
I'd like to let you know that my friend has booked this transfer for me and however I was turned down at the desk at the airport since the lady at the counter told me that this service is only available for hotels and where we stay (Oakwood studios) is not on their service area. Even though we paid online and got a confirmed ticket I was refused to use the shuttle service and ended up taking a taxi which cost me 23 dollars on top of our purchased bus ticket. I'd kindly like to ask for a refund.
If Oakwood studios is not on your service area why do you sell tickets and send confirmation to the clients instead of putting this warning on your website?
