A great tour well worth the money. Could not fault it
A very entertaining cruise. We were greeted and served by some terrific people and shared some good conversation with them on our request. The food was traditional and delicious( particularly the Tuna rib) and the selection of Sake complemented. The Oiran Show was a lot of fun and entertaining. The vessel was not modern but clean, spacious and added to the romance. Great evening
This tour was awesome but my only suggestion is to mention that the meal is very "traditional" (e.g., mostly all Sushi). There was little to almost no hot food and most of it was gold. The entertainment however was stunning. The boat was great. Just the food comment. While it was superb Sushi as evidenced by watching the locals eat it up, some western palettes may not be used to this kind of traditional Sushi (not like restaurant sushi). .Staff were VERY friendly!
good enough, but a little bit of racial
the Oiran Show was really great and worth the watch! The host explained that he didn't speak much English, but he and the 2 Geishas made an extra effort to keep us engaged. One of the ladies in our party was celebrating her birthday, so they kept shouting Happy Birthday to her throughout the show.
The food.... well, let's just say, you don't go on the cruise for the food. It was all fried and carbohydrate dishes that wasn't something worth writing home about. Noodles, watery crab cakes, etc though the fried rice was good! Drinks alcoholic ones too were included, so it wasn't a total loss on the food and beverage.
Indulge yourself in dinner and Oiran Show while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view of Tokyo on the popular Tokyo Bay Cruise! Enjoy the popular Oiran Show presented by one of the most popular and reputable companies in Japan. Be amazed by the colorful costume and stage design as well as the unique performance style that integrates various traditional Japanese art, such as kabuki and courtesan.
