Why go
This south Bali circuit suits travelers who want monumental art, coastal geology and a living temple in one full day. Start at Garuda Wisnu Kencana before the exposed plazas become tiring, then use the Bukit Peninsula as an optional landscape pause on the way to Uluwatu. Give the temple and cliff walk the largest block of late-day time. Jimbaran provides a calmer final anchor after the headlands. The route needs at least seven hours once road movement is included, and the broader Bukit stop should be dropped when traffic, heat or a ceremony compresses the schedule.
