Barbados Wildlife Reserve
Walk among animals at the Barbados Wildlife Reserve near Farley Hill. The wooded grounds offer chances to see green monkeys and other species, with sightings varying from one visit to the next.
The reserve is a wildlife outing rather than a viewpoint stop in the adjacent national park. Its visitor route passes animals such as agoutis, turtles, birds and monkeys; monkeys are often most abundant around afternoon feeding. That timing adds interest, though animal behaviour is never guaranteed. A walk through the wooded setting lets visitors observe different species at a respectful distance.
