Kabah Ecological Park
Kabah Ecological Park preserves woodland within Cancún’s urban grid, offering a walking visit focused on regional vegetation and wildlife rather than the shoreline.
The park makes the city’s inland environment visible without requiring a journey to the Riviera Maya countryside. Walking among its trees changes the scale of the visit from roads and buildings to plants and animal activity. Its conservation and environmental-education role gives the woodland a purpose beyond being a convenient green break.
What to look for

Native vegetation and opportunities to observe birds
Useful to know
Keep wildlife observation passive and stay on the paths.
