Why go
The 148-metre tower gives MediaPark its focal point and shows a very different Cologne from the Cathedral skyline. Images of the Cathedral and old town are worked into its glass facade, changing with the light. A restaurant high in the building offers another perspective for diners, but the tower is chiefly an office address.
What to look for
- The tower rises from MediaPark's central ensemble.
- Images of the Cathedral and old town are screen-printed into the glass facade.
- A restaurant occupies the upper level and has a city-facing terrace.
Useful to know
- Look at the facade from MediaPark's open square and compare it with the surrounding buildings.
- Check the restaurant directly if you want an elevated view; do not assume general tower access.
