Denver Firefighters Museum
A former 1909 fire station houses Denver firefighting exhibits and a historic engine. The compact museum is most useful if you can plan around its limited access arrangements.
Seeing a 1942 American LaFrance truck inside old Station No. 1 connects the equipment to the building that once served Denver firefighters. Two floors add context to the tools and work, making this a more specific stop than a general city-history display.
