Why go
This route suits visitors interested in Granada's religious buildings and their different interiors. Cartuja is the northern anchor, with its Baroque sacristy and painted refectory. On the way south, the Royal Hospital is an optional short facade stop; its interior is not a dependable visit. Jardines del Triunfo offers a break between the longer visits. Continue to the Basílica de San Juan de Dios and San Jerónimo for two more close-set interiors. It is a full but manageable day if you allow time to walk between the northern sites and the center. Confirm current visitor access at the churches before setting out.
