Terry Farrell’s curved, wok-like upper structure gives the building a distinctive profile in the dip between the hills. The terrace stands 428 metres above sea level, above the surrounding visitor hub. The building is an architectural landmark as well as a place to look across the city, so notice its form from outside too.
What to look for
The curved upper structure contrasts with the steep green hillside.
The tram arrives beneath the shopping and leisure complex.
