St Dominic’s Church
St Dominic’s Church anchors its namesake square near Senado Square. The façade remains a useful stop on a central walk, but interior access is currently uncertain.
The church adds a Dominican chapter to Macau’s dense historic centre. Founded in 1587, it stands close to the civic spaces around Senado Square; its rear bell tower houses a sacred-art collection. The church is worth seeing for its setting even when the collection cannot be visited.
