Why go
This route is for visitors prepared to give Nuremberg’s Nazi-era history and its aftermath serious attention. At the Palace of Justice, the Memorium explains the trials of leading Nazi figures after the Second World War; Courtroom 600 is part of the visit when accessible. The walk back toward the center gives you time between that exhibition and the Way of Human Rights, whose inscribed pillars present rights in public space. Finish at the Germanisches Nationalmuseum for a broader view of German cultural history. These are different kinds of evidence and interpretation, so leave the museum as a separate chapter rather than treating it as an extension of the trials exhibition. Check venue access before setting out.
