Why go
The broad square makes it easy to read Plzeň’s civic heart before choosing how much more of the city to see. Compare the cathedral exterior with the city hall, then follow nearby streets for the old-town setting. Plzeň’s brewing history is a strong reason to extend the day, but tours need their own plan.
