Grand Terrace, Palić
The Grand Terrace is an Art Nouveau resort building between Palić's park and lake. Its carved wood and broad passage reward a separate stop along the promenade.
Designed as a place for entertainment and gatherings, the terrace gives a sense of the spa's early twentieth-century ambitions. Its symmetry contrasts with the more vertical Water Tower farther up the park axis. The lake-facing side and decorative timber details are the most useful things to compare on foot.
