Plečnik House
See Jože Plečnik's home and working surroundings in Trnovo, where personal objects and carefully adapted rooms reveal a more intimate side of his architecture.
The house complements the bridges and public spaces of Plečnik's Ljubljana. Its cylindrical annex, original furnishings and garden show how the architect experimented at home. The authentic rooms are visited on a small guided tour, while the permanent exhibition explains his life and work through a broader selection of material.
What to look for
A cylindrical annex forms part of Plečnik's adapted home in Trnovo.
