Why go
This route suits visitors drawn to Gaudí’s changing use of shape, surface and light. Casa Batlló and Casa Milà sit close together, making them a natural pair before the walk to the Sagrada Família. Give each building enough time inside; the route is richer when you notice their different rooms and façades rather than rushing to collect sights. The three buildings form the essential day. Park Güell adds a garden setting and wider views, but the final link is a longer uphill walk. Treat that stop as optional, especially in heat or after a slow museum visit.
