Why go
This route is deliberately limited to western Nusa Penida. Kelingking comes first because the upper viewpoint deserves time and the beach descent should remain a separate decision. Broken Beach then changes the geology from a long ridge to a circular inlet and natural arch. Crystal Bay provides a lower, more relaxed final stop, with swimming dependent on local conditions rather than promised by the plan. Road quality, crowds and the boat connection make this a full island day. Keep the beach descents optional and preserve a generous return buffer to the port.
