Discovery Centre
Bring curiosity to Halifax's waterfront science centre, where interactive exhibits make a more active indoor visit than a conventional collection of objects behind glass.
This is a useful change of pace for visitors who learn by trying things. The experience centres on investigating and experimenting, so the value comes from engaging with individual displays rather than simply covering every floor. It adds a family-friendly indoor option to the southern waterfront without duplicating the nearby immigration or maritime museums.
