Paco
Paco is a lived-in district east of Manila's historic core. Paco Park gives visitors a clear destination; the surrounding streets provide context rather than a ticketed neighborhood attraction.
Come for Paco Park's unusual former-cemetery plan, then understand it within the district that grew beyond Intramuros. The area's older name, Dilao, survives in its history rather than in a single monument. A short neighborhood extension makes sense if you are already visiting the park, but Paco itself has no central visitor entrance.
