Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación
Marbella’s main old-town church rewards a pause for its carved entrance and tall tower, with a larger interior visit possible when worship and access allow.
The contrast between the richly carved main doorway and the quieter entrance from Plaza de la Iglesia makes the exterior worth examining from more than one side. Inside, the large organ provides another focus. The church is a working religious space, so sightseeing needs to fit around its primary use.
