Why go
Choose this route when exhibitions are the main reason for your day, especially when the weather makes a long outdoor walk less appealing. Musée Fabre provides a substantial first visit. The nearby Espace Dominique Bagouet and Pavillon Populaire are optional, shorter stops; choose one or both according to the current shows and your energy. MO.CO. Panacée then changes the focus to contemporary work in a former medical college, while MO.CO. Hôtel des Collections gives the day a second larger exhibition space near the station. Check the current programmes and access before setting out, since these venues do not all have permanent displays.
