Crveni Krst concentration camp
The Red Cross camp memorial preserves buildings associated with Nazi detention in Niš. It is a serious historical visit requiring time for interpretation and reflection.
The surviving camp setting places wartime imprisonment within a specific physical space. Rooms, grounds and displays help explain the people held here and the camp's relationship with wider persecution and resistance. It can be paired thematically with Bubanj, but both deserve a pace suited to memorial sites.
