San Clemente Cultural Centre
The San Clemente Cultural Centre uses part of the historic monastery for changing exhibitions. Enter from Plaza Padilla for a separate experience from the guided convent tour.
This venue shows how a section of the convent has been adapted for public culture while the larger religious complex retains its own identity. The exhibitions change, but the setting itself makes the visit worthwhile: contemporary display occupies rooms with a much older story.
