Former Calgary Eaton Centre
The former Eaton Centre is now part of the CORE Shopping Centre on Stephen Avenue. Its value is as one part of the larger indoor downtown shopping route.
The old Eaton name survives in Calgary's retail history, but the visitor experience now belongs to the CORE. Walk its multi-level interior and look for the broad glazed passages over downtown streets, then continue to Devonian Gardens rather than planning two separate shopping-centre visits.
